Numnio is an AI copilot platform for manufacturing. It ingests camera feeds and machine telemetry, runs analysis through the Claude API, and delivers operator-ready insights into your existing MES/SCADA stack.
Connects to existing line cameras. Every frame is screened by a lightweight local model; ambiguous or critical frames are escalated to Claude vision for classification and explanation. Outputs a defect record: {type, severity, confidence, cause, action}.
Consumes vibration, temperature, current, and acoustic telemetry. Detects anomalies against learned baselines, then uses Claude reasoning to correlate across machines and draft a maintenance brief with the likely failing component and suggested window.
Tracks yield and throughput per line in real time. When drift is detected, Claude analyzes the recent parameter history and suggests setpoint adjustments with rationale and expected impact. Engineers approve changes; YieldPilot applies them through the MES integration.
| Capability | Where it's used | Why Claude |
|---|---|---|
| Vision | Defect classification on escalated frames | Handles low-contrast, novel defects without retraining |
| Reasoning | Root-cause analysis, maintenance briefs | Correlates telemetry, logs, and manuals in one pass |
| Tool use | Operator copilot queries MES/CMMS | Secure, permission-scoped access to factory systems |
| Batch API | Nightly cross-line analytics | Cost-efficient fleet-wide drift and trend analysis |
